This notice of a special meeting has been sent to all members who have worked under the Area II Building\, Heavy and Municipal/Utilities Construction Master Agreement at any time during the past year. Your vote to accept or reject the proposed contract is important. Therefore\, you are encouraged to make every effort to attend this meeting.
