Women in Construction Week

DID YOU KNOW?
Union trades provide wage equity for female tradespeople and guarantee an equal playing field for recruitment, selection, employment, and training.

Wisconsin Operating Engineers Local 139 would like to celebrate our female operators and encourage more women to join the construction trades, specifically as heavy equipment operators for Local 139.

Women interested in a career as an Operating Engineer should check out these apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship opportunities.
