Join your fellow 139 Brothers and Sisters at the quarterly General Membership Meeting held at the Appleton Union Hall on April 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Due to contractual obligations with OPEIU Local 9 and OPEIU Local 39 office personnel, Local 139 offices, and the Health Benefit Fund, all offices will close at 12:00 PM on Friday, April 3, in observance of Good Friday.
