11th Annual Construction Workers’ Memorial
Local 139 would like to encourage members to attend the 11th Annual Construction Workers’ Memorial on April 23, 2026.
General Membership Meeting – Appleton, April 11
Join your fellow 139 Brothers and Sisters at the quarterly General Membership Meeting held at the Appleton Union Hall on April 11 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Holiday Office Hours – Friday, April 3, 2026
Due to contractual obligations with OPEIU Local 9 and OPEIU Local 39 office personnel, Local 139 offices, and the Health Benefit Fund, all offices will close at 12:00 PM on Friday, April 3, in observance of Good Friday.
