Dear Local 139 Bargaining Unit Members working under the Associated Earth Movers Master Agreement,
Your Local 139 Negotiating Committee and the Associated Earth Movers Association have reached a tentative agreement regarding the agreement effective June 1, 2025. This notice of a special meeting has been sent to all members who have worked under the Associated Earth Movers Agreement at any time during the past year. Your vote to accept or reject the proposed contract ratification is important; therefore, you are encouraged to make every effort to attend this meeting. Be prepared to present a current dues card at the door.
